Method 1: Purchase directly on the website.
Step 1: Select products online.
- Click on the image or product name to view detailed information.
- Select the quantity of the product you want to purchase (default is 1), then:
- Press "Add to Cart" to continue shopping.
- Press "Add to Wishlist" to save the product (login required).
- Press "Buy Now" to proceed to the page for entering purchase information and payment.
If choose "Add to Cart", the system will display the following options:
- "Continue Shopping": Add another product to the cart.
- "Delete": Cancel the product selection.
- "Proceed to Checkout": Enter purchase and payment information.
Step 2: Review the cart and place the order
- Click on the icon. "Cart" in the top right corner to quickly view the selected products.
- Here, you can:
- Change the quantity of the products.
- Press "Continue Shopping" to add products.
- Press "Checkout Now" to fill in the purchase and payment information.
Step 3: Fill in the purchase information or log in
- Fill in your personal information, including full name, email, phone number, and shipping address.
- If you are logged in, the information will be displayed automatically.

- Press "Login" to enter your account or recover your password.
- Press "Create account" to register new account.
If you want to deliver to a different address or have special requests, please:
- Fill in additional information in the box. "Note".
- Choose "Deliver to a different address" and fill in the details of the new address.
Next, select the payment method, enter the discount code (if any), and click "Order".
Step 4: Payment
- The company currently does not support online payment. Customers can choose to pay on delivery (COD) or via bank transfer.
Step 5: Confirm the order
- After placing the order, the system will send a confirmation notification.
- Customers can:
- Press "Continue Shopping" to go back to step 1.
- Press "In the order" to save the detailed order information.
Step 6: Receive the goods and pay COD.

- Pay upon delivery if you chose the COD option.
Method 2: Purchase via phone or Messenger.
- Customers can message via Messenger on the website or call the hotline number:

- Staff will assist with consultation and guide you through the ordering process.
Method 3: Purchase via email.
- Send your order email to: sales@nhagomnho.vn.
- Customer service will contact you within 24 hours to confirm and deliver according to the chosen shipping method.
- The email content should include:
- Personal information: full name, shipping address, phone number, email.
- Product information: product name, quantity.
- Other notes (if any).
