Payment instructions

1. Delivery and cash payment at home

  • For customers in areas within 3km of the company, staff will deliver directly and collect payment after the customer is satisfied and agrees to purchase the product.
  • Customers need to provide complete and accurate information, including the recipient's name, address, and phone number.
  • In certain special cases, such as large order values, evening deliveries, difficult-to-find addresses, or locations far from the center, staff will contact you to discuss and agree on a specific delivery method.

2. Delivery via express shipping service.

  • After receiving payment via bank transfer, staff will call to confirm and schedule the delivery date with the customer. The delivery time depends on the address, typically within 12–72 hours.
  • In the case of a delayed delivery without notification, customers have the right to cancel the order, and the company commits to refund the full amount within 7 days.
  • For products valued at 20 million VND or more (including VAT), payment must be made via bank transfer as per regulations. For any inquiries, customers can contact staff for detailed assistance.

3. Delivery and direct payment at the Showroom or Distributor.

  • The product will be prepared within 4 hours and held at the store for a maximum of 12 hours from the time the staff confirms the order.

4. Shipping fees and product insurance fees.

  • Shipping fees: Apply the free shipping policy according to the company's regulations.
  • Product insurance fees: When using the shipping services of partners contracted with the company, customers need to pay insurance fees based on the product's value. In the event of damage or loss during shipping, customers will be compensated 100% of the product's value at the time of purchase if they have paid the insurance fee.

5. Special cases

  • If customers request to transfer goods through a third party (such as a freight company, acquaintance, or shipping entity not contracted with the company), all costs and risks during the shipping process will be borne by the customer.
  • When the product is handed over to a third party, the customer and the shipping entity need to confirm via phone, message, or on the company's delivery note.
