Return/Exchange policy

1. Commitment to Product Quality

  • We are committed to:
    • The product will be delivered intact and in the correct quantity as ordered.
    • The product will match the description on the packaging, user manual, or information on the website at the time of the order.

2. Inspection Policy

  • When purchasing directly from the company, distributor, or collaborator:
    • Customers have the right to inspect the goods before accepting them.
  • When receiving goods through a shipping carrier:
    • The joint inspection policy does not apply.

3. Product Exchange and Return Policy

  • Conditions for Free Exchange and Return:
    • Customers can request an exchange or return within a period of 7 dyays after receiving the goods, if the reason is due to a product defect or an error caused by the company.
    • No additional costs will be incurred by the customer in this case.
  • Product Exchange and Return Process:
    1. Request notifications can be made via email or the company's hotline.
    2. The company will receive and process the request within 3 business days.
    3. A company representative and the customer will jointly confirm the cause and create a record to document the request.
    4. If the issue is due to a product defect or the company's fault:
      • The customer will be offered an exchange for a similar product (if available).
      • Or a refund will be issued through the original payment method within 24 hours.
    5. If the issue is not due to a product defect or the company's fault:
      • The customer will bear all costs incurred during the exchange or return process.

4. General Notes

  • Customers are responsible for using and storing the product according to the instructions provided with it or on the website.
  • The exchange and return policy does not apply to products under promotional programs.
  • The order number and related information must be provided when requesting an exchange or return.

5. Cases Where Exchange or Return is Not Accepted

The company reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return in the following cases:

  • The product has been used inappropriately or not according to the instructions.
  • The product has been misused, improperly stored, or is in an abnormal condition (such as being expired).
  • The product is damaged due to accidents, alterations, or unauthorized modifications.
  • The product has natural wear and tear from use or has been torn/damaged after delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, the company is not responsible for any loss, damage, costs, or additional charges beyond those stated in the commitment.
